Breaking out
Finally got some good fish from the home turf surf tonight on plugs! Lengths of 40, 41, and 44! First fish brought home this season was the 41. Now I'm gonna lose some sleep......and get pumped for Cuttyhunk!

Thanks. Hate to admit it but they crushed a silver Yozuri Hydro pencil. It was the third lure I tried, after some customs from board members. Had a teaser too, but they all took the plug. Could have just been the time of day too, as was just getting dark. This one had two tiny lobsters and one six incher in it's belly.

All the fish I caught yesterday had sea lice on them, I think the fish that have been out deep all summer are coming in for the bait.

good stuff. maybe things are going to start heating up in the north shore. i got a report from a coworker of 4 large caught in the north shore sunday night. i'll be testing the water a few times this week.  |

Things are certainly looking up. Local harbor loaded with bait. Friend of mine had a fish pull a treble hook out of a rebel last night. Heading out after dark tonight, time to beef up the gear.
