Boat fishing at night

OK here's my question. Every once in a while I make the trip down to chatham during the week and go out fishing in stage harbor on a weeknight then drive back in the morning for work. I'm planning on going Tuesday 9/26 with 2 buddies but the tide looks like it isn't going to be ideal. 9:30PM Low with no moon. If you were fishing from 8:15 - 11:30, where would you go? Inside or just outside the harbor? I know good spots in both places but since I can't decide which place I'll find some cows.

What would you do?

Try fishing the turn of the tide right at the entrance to Stage, by Hardings Beach. Can't say for sure, but I'd bet you would find fish.
