that sux Matt
ya can't trust anyone anyplace thse days
honesty and morals have gone out the window it seems

The United States Constitution does not exist to grant you rights; those rights are inherent within you. Rather it exists to frame a limited government so that those natural rights can be exercised freely.

1984 was a warning, not a guidebook!

It's time more people spoke up with the truth. Every time we let a leftist lie go uncorrected, the commies get stronger.

Sorry dude! Hope their conscience get the best of them and return the items to ya. Can't trust anyone these days and that is just not right. Hope the hook burried itself into the thief when he/she try to use it.

I am still waiting for info on my friend lost rubber boat.

Where was your truck parked? What town/state? Just wondering. I worry every trip about break-ins when I'm fishing a mile or two down the beach and I leave my truck parked in the dark for hours on end.

Ya Matt, you should report it. Many officers in waterside communities fish also and might keep a keen eye(insert cynicism here) out for the bag.

I know how you feel. My car got stolen from my driveway late lasst fall with all my gear in it. And I mean ALL of it. The cops don't care. I'm out almost $2000 worth of stuff. I've spent my time and all my money replacing it slowly since then. They should all get exactly what they deserve.

Angry Here's my wish

May whoever riped off your stuff, be reeling in nice and quiet out on some point at least a mile from a road with no one around and when he or she feels something slap one of your favorite plugs, with say about 12' of line still out, yanks back to really set the hooks good, and get's a face full of VMC 6x trebles, enjoy the walk back and on to the hospital with a face full of hooks!!!!

Just lost my medium A/S bag. Though my own fault as I was re-packing the car after a night of fishing - I know your pain (Hab's, Beachmasters )

Had some good suggestions from folks on the site. A long shot, but call the lost and found at the local police station, especially if it is a fishing community.

That does suck. Sign of the times sadly enough, I dont even dare leave things in the back of my truck up here these days. Contrast that to 25-30 years ago when I felt totally secure going into the local post office and leaving my vehicle running out front for 10 minutes.

I saw Mike @ M&D's (GREAT SHOP and NICE GUY)and picked up a new bag and pliers......
I am gonna call the cops and see if someone turned it in just in case I did leave it on the ground....but I really dont think I did...I do the same routine everytime....and put the bag directly in the bed of truck after taking it off.....but you never know.....I am bad about leaving stuff in the truck though....no more....
Thanks for all the responses.....

and uhhmm BigFish....this is not an attempt to "HO" plugs

Don, errr, Matt - that does suck. It sucks as every time you go someplace for some peace, quiet, and large - you should not need to think about your stuff...

Maybe Kadir can start numbering plug bags like VS's so we can keep tabsd on em when the get swiped...

Or RFID tags (so we can go around with readers and find where your fishing )
