Arrow yeppers

if you'd like to manually block them yourself that is...

you highlight the message
hit message up top
and block sender

or you can select message
message rules
and create some new rules

like when the message "subject"
says the keyword
it gets auto deleted

Google's gmail is very good at filtering junk email.

It's also considered by many to be the best web-based email.

The best search features, tons of storage, free POP3 access (this isn't that uncommon anymore), and more.

I highlight them and hit the report as spam button! This will block them!

Also you have to delete your Temp files & Cookies, thuis is how alot remember who you are.

Lastly the thing that helps the most is to get rid of all your Ad aware!! They have free Ad Aware programs for download.

go to downloads.com and in the search type ad aware, down load and run often.

"All my friends are Flakes!!"

They are a pain but I don't think hitting the delete is all that hard or time consuming and to me is the easiest.
