do ya have any ZINC?
that really helps.... as does some echinacea herb.
got garlic? that'll kill some germs and boost
your imune sysytem too
you can cut a clove and deep smell it to open
your sinuses...

Try gargling saltwater....seriously, I pour it right down my nose, like if it were summer and i was swimming. you know that feeling when you get a nose full of seawater, how it makes your nose RUN? try it, you will be amazex how well it works.

I got the lung butter thing going on too Larry. I feel your pain. You know what really sucks is having to go to work at night in a machine shop and breath in all that wonderful air when you feel like this. Still beats having the flu though.

Going to work wont cure anything but at least your getting paid to feel that way. On the plus side maybe you can pass it on to your boss. Hope you feel better soon. BW

Yeah sick days are for fishing not being sick. Boss's don't work nites they are home in their warm little beds. But I try and use there phones and breath all over their stuff when ever I can.

Like Rav said, Zinc is the answer. You have to take it in lozenger form as soon as you feel it coming on. Can tear up your stomach though  , but worth it.
Try the Mucinex DM for cough and gook. Breaks the gook up pretty good to a watery form. |
