Dedicated Angler gets large
Does Goose Fish Hard???...I believe there were some witnesses from the CuttyHunk trip who can agree with me.....that boy is "DETERMINED"!!!.....
more details to come...and no, this picture isn't Mr. Laptew..... ...its a linesided creature that didn't hit a "Smack It" GB.....but ate one of the remaining CuttyHunk Eeels...

OOOOOOps!!! wrong picture...
Goose emptied out his plug bag last night, throwing everything but the kitchen sink at em'...to land only a couple of small fish. Once he changed over to the Cutty Eel leftovers, it took roughly 3 minutes .... and bang FISH ON!!...zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.......Z ZZZZZZZZZZZZ
I'll let Goose fill you guys in...

Just got back from weighing it in.....29.7#, 43 1/2 ", 23" girth. Proably was a 30# + when I hooked up 20 hrs ago. Westport river fish took a eel on the first hour of the in coming.
Fish just weren't takin lures in the evening. Switched over to eels once it got dark, and the rest was awsome. Don't we all love the feeling of putting our hands under a big fishes gill plates! ( ya know he's now yours ) How does the saying go, expect the unexpected! Looking forward to seeing some of your bass pic's........." YOUR DO TWO "
