Question Fly rod

I have a Fenwick custom fly rod I bought off of e-bay last winter. The eyes are not even and are not ones used for fly rods. Is there anyone in the area that could fix this problem for me?

There are some rod builders here on the site but I don't know if they have any flyrod experience. You could call Saltwater Edge in Newport or Bear's den in Taunton MA to see if they know any local guys who can straighten the guides out for you.

Thumbs up Fly rod guides

AJP I see your posting is old but here goes: if your rod is a 7 to12 wt. some rod builders will put single foot ceramic guides on the rod- I often do. They will allow an easier shoot if slightly oversize. Not even? Guide (not eyes) spacing changes ,generally getting closer together towards the tip. If they're not straight they need to be re-wrapped. Hope this helps.
