Schwepps Tonic! (Best in a tall, frosted tumbler and then combined with a suitable pour of Bombay Dry and further enhanced with ample spring water crushed ice) Think I'll try one RIGHT NOW!!

I'd have to agree. I never drink soda, probably once every two months or so. But when I do, it's gotta be Dr. P.

try a smaller plate....(next size down)
then observe the twenty minute rule...
to wait between servings that long...
to allow ample time for the brain
to receive the word from the stomach
that its full... there's a twenty minute delay for that

Breakfast: Bowl of Oatmeal, or and english muffin with peanut butter.. Omelet once a week.. 1 cup green tea..
mid AM snack.. muffin.. 1 cup green tea.. noon.. walk.. and I mean march minumum 3-4 miles, upgrading to 5-6miles.. banana on way back to work.. drink H20 all day long..
dinner... wifes Italian, and a wicked good cook, and has that Italian philosophy... "Eat!".. so I'm screwed.. food is awsome too ..
I do have the downfall for sweets a coupla hours after too.. daughter calls me the cookie monster..bachelor tonight.. had a small salad, and a grilled lean burger.. no bun.... OK.. now I'm hungry...
Doc says it's cause your 50.. it don't come off like it did at 30 or 40...
.. it is coming off.. but sloooowly.
Anyway.. WTF? this is %$%$%$%$ing Clamah's %$%$%$%$ing Soda Thread!
Back on %$%$%$%$ing Track!

nope ,i'm on a roll
karl your sleeping on your biggest meal
in your stomach....
you'd be better off walking twice a day
once after that italian meal too..
especially if there's sweets involved afterwards.
and bring your rod...
clammer slow down on the friggan soda pop...
its all sugar and empty calories...

Shaw's raspberry gingerale becuase of the crisp flavor.
Next would be Schwepps grape gingerale, which is harder to find.
