Banzai, The Restaurant

I know this is a stretch. Anyone know what's in or what the name of the Banzai Restaurant house salad dressing is. Sort of tart and sweet, might be ginger in it. My wife is quitting smoking and coming up with some unbelievable cravings. I called the restaurant and they won't divulge.

I'd say more brownish like a vinaigrette consistency rather than thousand island.

I don't know the resturant, but judging by the name I'd guess some sort of miso/sesame/rice vinegar combo.
