how is this movie gay? There was no singing and dancing ... or pickle smooching for that matter.
I saw it with my boys last week, it's long at almost 2 1/2 hrs, but when the special effects from Power Rangers transforming into megazords is all you've been exposed to, this movie really kicks it up a notch. So we all gave it a thumbs up.
As a comparison, the boys saw 'Ratatouille' with their Mom yesterday and Transformers was a thousand times better.

I have never seen more advertising in movie, CHEVROLET, BURGERKING, CITIBANK, you name it, it was like looking at the green monster.
as far as Theatrical performances here is a snipit, you be the judge, but there wasn't a dry eye in the movies -
Optimus Prime: It's you and me, Megatron.
Megatron: No, it's just me, Prime.
Optimus Prime: At the end of the day, one shall stand, one shall fall!

few things you have to keep in mind..
if your going in to it expecting oscar winning performances your gonna hate it... but who see a movie like this for that?
you get to see the new camaro.... camaro vs mustang
warthogs and f 22's.... bring the rain!
i don't care about advertisements in movies anymore... in fact it makes it more "real" imo. where can you go these day's without seeing it.
as far as dialogue.... have you ever read a comic book before? same deal. cornball cheese expressions but that's have the draw isn't it?
its probably the best cgi integrated movie that i have seen to date.
i kinda wish the revamped the original theme song but instead they chose a dumb poppy rock song
im sorry you sophisticated type prudes are above it. its just a fun no brain movie
