Is there any way to swap my ring tones from my old cell to a new one?..Or am I SOL?...

I think they are stored on the phone themself not on the sim card, so I think you are SOL, I tried with my old phone and the guy at nextel said he could not do it

While we are on the subject can someone walk me through, step by step, how I download a ring tone and get it into my phone? I have a razor.
