Constant NW wind?

What has the Fall NW wind direction done to the South shore beaches and the fishing?

It's been breezy but it hasn't been extreme. Normal I'd say. As for fishing--I got nothing last night striper fishing, a good-sized blackfish off the rocks yesterday afternoon, saw a ton of albacore. The day before yesterday took two decent sized largemouths in a South County kettle pond.
All and all not great fishing. Could be the wind, could be me.

I went out this past sunday and things were slow. We went out into CCbay searching for tuna which we eventually find in very small pods. Wasn't until darkness came that Plymouth/Kingston/Duxbury bays started coming alive.
