Talking They're 200 yds out beyond the bar-

whatta you do? Go far out fishin.
LOL- this thing throws bait or plugs 300-400 yards. Rod mounts on top with 460yds of #65 .
Bait or plugs are frozen in plastic shell like cylinders, thawed in the exhaust pipe just enough to remove the cover, and the ice shell is loaded and shot out, with compressed air.
Saw this guy launch a clam 420 yds today.
Bait guys heaven.

I'd like to mount one of those on the bow of my boat -- be pretty useful when the "run and gun" guys get too aggresive.

That's exactly what you need Big Jay. We've taken the Potatoe Gun offshore more than a couple times trying for flying rats on the way in. It would look better painted flat black.
