Lobster
Going to have the kds over for lobster tommorow..Bought them today from Joe's..Should I cook them tonight or will they be ok in the fridge till tommorow??? Thanks

Live lobsters can live for several days out of the water as long as they're kept cool and damp. They will be fine.

If the temps in your fridge or too low, they will die. Fresh WET seaweed, a bucket with NO water... in the garage might be better. My fridge is set to 38, they wouldn't make it in there overnight.
Good Luck, and don't answer the door bell once your kids arrive.
