Classic. We used to have a 25 foot bed lathe at one shop I worked at. Could turn 3 foot dia. too. That is neat though. You going to buy it?

I ran a VTL where I rode on the tool holder. Up and down twice per shift. We were turning the connecting rods for the steam catapult on an air craft carrier
