Wish I could get my brush to spray that nice.
I always get splatters after a little while. I clean it all the time, there is no dried paint on the end, tried differant pressures, filter on air line, but it still splatters. Brush is a Badger 150 with three different tips.

thats the same as i got but the only tip i use is the fine tip. @35 to 40 psi.
you do need to clean it a lot but if you keep up on it she works good.
i pull the needel out after each color and whip it off and clean the gun.

Thanks I'll have to give that a try. I'll try anything as i really like the versatility of the brush.

I've found my badger 150 is very fussy as to paint mixture.... try thinning the paint a drop of wter at a time.... eventualy you'll find the right viscosity... I can spray real fine patterens with mine, it just requires a little testing....Anothe rthing tat sometimes happens, is that the tip gets a tiny piece of dried paint on the inside, it's real hard to notice but it can be dirty and you might never even know it.
