PATS by ????????? ~~Predictions
With all of SD's injuries and their consistently poor performances against the Pats at FULL strength, does anyone else see this game to be the blow-out that I see it to be?
Even the cold weather should not deter our Patriots on their campaign for a fourth Lombardi Trophy. Our guys look hyper-focused and better prepared than I've seen them in a while. I am looking for the Pats to beat the spread, and win by 17 or more.
Patriots 34+
Bolts 17

I don't see it being a blowout
Chargers are not the team the pats beat in week 2
I see them having some good returns to give them either feild position or a score.
They have a real good corner that will have an impact this game.
The Pats will step it up a notch in this championship game and come away winners by 10 I hope.

I wouldn't say they have had consistantly bad performances against the Pats....yeah we smoked them in week 2 but they would of and should of beat us in the playoffs last year if they didn't let their emotions get in the way of a "W".
and the time we played them before that they Spanked the Bejusus out of us at Foxboro.
I think its going to be a close one for most of the game but the final score is going to be 28-17.
I'm looking for the Chargers to cover the spread

You guys are going to love my prediction. I see this game being a lot closer than you guys predict. I think it will be 28-21 Pats, and very close until you guys deliver the decisive blow in the 4th quarter. I think Merriman has a very good game and Chambers causes alot of problems.
Conference Championship games usually are not blow outs and I don't expect this to be either. I see this as your toughest playoff game this season. Moss has a possessed game even with double coverage. I expect SD to get pressure on brady and make some late hits that you guys will be complaining about.

27 to 17 Pats. I think the cold will keep the scoring down.

Blowout as the healthy, high powered Patriots destroy the Chargers who are limping into this game with an array of injuries to their key players.....not to mention the cold, and the fact the Chargers had to travel to get here (home advantage).....Pats 48 Chargers.....13

Tha's cool with me, since those happen to be me #'s in a local squares pool I'm in. The only difference I see, wricker, is that that is closer to what will hopefully be a half time score.
And if that happens, then I have a better shot at FINALS of:
38-21,
48-21, or
45-28 ???
5 and 8?!! How are those #'s supposed to come up ??
I'll stick with the blow-out and 18 and 0.
Volek and Turner cain't be that good, can they?

My prediction (s)
Pats 70 Chargers 0
The superbowl will be cancelled and trophy will be given to the Pats as most figure the NFC has NO chance.
Following todays game, NFL officials will change the rules and induct both Tom Brady and Bill B into the hall of fame!
Construction will begin tomorrow for a brand new wing to the hall of fame building dedicated just for the Pats !

Brady looks like he did some bongs before the game. No emotion on sideline. Zombie Woof. WTF. If they don't wake up they will be playing gold next week
