I know how you feel paul, I'm ready to snell my neck.

Have fun Matt. I have to wait till March 11 to hit the tropics. I guess I will have to go look for my Zircron incrusted tweezers, then you can tell me I am mighty grand. I bet Montana is a lot worse then here in the Winter, temp wise, but I bet they have more sun.

it's light deprivation

you can hold a bright flashlight to your forehead
for awhile to fool your brain into thinking it's sunny

read about another : cool trick
s h i t ake mushrooms ok

when harvested they have little vitamin D
in them like around 200 international units

but when dried in the sun it
soaks up vitamin D like a sponge up to 22,000 units

when they are dried up side down however
exposing the gills
it absorbs like 46,000 unit's of Vitamin D

without sufficient vitamin D in your system
you are unable to absorb calcium

25 below in Montana today. I saw the sun for 2 hours today. Clouds are back. What a tease.

Paul the sun will be back Monday for a day, but the wind chills will make ya feel like your in Montana, Negative numbers. Remember that day during the summer when we all thought it was too hot and humid.

I never complain about the heat as I hate winter. I'd rather sweat than freeze.

Talk about depressing... Just got back yesterday after being in FL for a few months...No wonder people are happier down there..This weather sux..The other things that add to it is what a dump RI is..Looks like the A-hole of the world after being out of it for so long.. No leaves on trees, brown grass, pot holes everywhere, trash all over the streets...Etc...

The sun poked through the clouds a few times today in my town, only to be short lived with snow squalls throughout the day!

How do you like the sun today, Paul, ushered in by 14 degrees and a 30+ wind?

I'll take it Mike as I am sitting in my sun room as I type and it is 84 right now. Tonite when I go to work will be another story.
