MSBA member passes away!!!!
Not sure if many of you know yet and I know that members of this board know him well and he will be sadly missed for sure.
Last Night Ed Thoms Passed away, He has been a member of MSBA for a very long time. Sweetest Guy you would ever meet. He passed away while in the hospital, I guess he went in last Saturday not feeling well.
John Cherico Said the info should be in the paper today, I have not looked it up yet as I do not get the paper but will posted the arrangements when I find them.
We will miss him alot, Rest in Peace ED!!!!

Many here met Ed over the years when for a long time he was MSBA Merchandise Chair, ran the Childrens Hospital Christmass Toy Drive and was the "other guy" that attended to the MSBA History Booth with John Cherico. Ed was always there to help us younger club members in many ways. He will be waked Thursday in the Weymouth/Braintree area....more details to follow. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Gee, I missed him at the meeting last month. It was kind of nice to see his son with him the last time he came two months ago. Thier was no question as to whose kid the son was. Spitting image of the father. He alaways had a handshake for you. I will miss him.
