I was wondering how it would be possible to replicate the old heddon crackleback finish?.. I was looking at one of my books on vintage lures and tackle and saw those. Anyone got any ideas?

two part spray paint available at the craft stores. spray the base coat then the top coat and the top coat crackles. Each can is about $5-$6. I use the coupons in the sunday paper and get a good discount.
