Nice plug Fred!
I made something like that for my cat but since he found the laser pointers little red spot much more fascinating he won't look at anything else. ( I do love it when he drops dizzy and drooling going round and round chasing that thing)

Why even try.........

Make sure you remove the barbs from the hook on that mouse. You think a hooked bluefish is pissed?!?!?!
(in case anyone is dumb enough to think I'm serious, I'd sooner stick myself)

Now how are your cats going to catch anything with that mouse lure? No place to tie on. No hook on it. You know those cats would like to bring home a nice striper for dinner also!

Thanks for taking me fishing Grandpa!

It's belly weighted so it always rolls heads up when the cats smack it.. they've gone nutso over it. I'm gonna through wire some for a hook and replace the rope tail with hackle. LMB should gobble 'em. I bought the small eggs at Mill Supply. Saw them and thought mice. I guess I could use the big ones and make rats for the Canal...

Ya gotta use squirrels for the canal Fred, not rats.
I can't breathe near cats, but they are interesting pets sometimes.
