Here is a site I found a few years ago. It is all in Japanese but if you click on the boxes on the side you can see some pretty impressive foil lures made by this gentleman. I inquired about buying one. He has an English speaking spokesman in the Washington state area where you can buy them from him. Pretty expensive around 40 bucks if I remember.
