neat idea. I have been thinking of building a folding radar arch for my boat for a while. Even bought pvc to mock it up. Its on my list of things I'd like to do

I think its a bad idea. If your in a river or protected bay or a yuppie boat or sorts... ok. A lot of these NE waters will eat that T-Top for breakfast, get something solid.

If I built one, arch that is, it would be solid. I totally agree that the canvas on that thing would make a nice kite in a strong blow. The price is ridiculous too, even if the young lady came with it..

Dave, I wouldn't buy it. For another $400 you can get a perminent T-Top from cabelas that's a lot better built and will stand up to the chop in front of Warwick light in a NE 30 gale and a rising tide.

it looks like atlantic ttop is what you get through cabelas. if so, what i saw at the boat show. AT is a VERY NICE cookie cutter top. I'm thinking of getting one for my boat at some point.
