Yesterday was the last day to legally do some brush burning
so i call the Local fire station to obtain permission and a number
and i get a recorded message..... DOH
to call another fire station in New Braintree
oh..... okay
BRING BRING at the next fire station to Get
the burning permit.....
And i get recorded message to call the first one....

you gotta be kidden me...
SO now i have to drive there ....not to far
but my brakes still ain't fixed as of yesterday
but i say screw it... it's my last chance
and off i go... S.l.o.w.l.y. } |||
i get to the fire station ...a couple miles away...
and there's no one even there DOH !
So i go next door to the town HALL and inquire
and they give me the same numbers i just called
and i say NOPE ............
been there! and i only get a recorded message
there's no one in the fire station either i reply.
So the Nice ladies there go into a foot ball Huddle
>>>BREAK ! and they track the guy down LOL
I am number # 8 ...busy day they say -> last day to burn
i say oh it is...? with a little smirk on my face...
and off i go.... SLOWLY!! back down the hill...
then i get the big pile i cut last year and this spring all
piled up on top of a cardboard box full of card board and
pine shavings and light it...

look at the thermometer in there sayin
20 degrees...
then look at the frost on the row of peas... (hey that ryhmes lol )
Last year in July and August i went
here to see if this place was a good place to farm, and i concluded yes...
but i was getting eaten alive ! by all kinds of
BUGS and
So i determined that what this place needs is

air flow and lots of BATS
fire lights off...after adding just enough gas to make OPEC smile
might not look it... but that pile is as tall as a man...
and last but not least.... look MA! it's almost gone
