Striper Charter

I'm going out on a sixteen person striper charter. Well it was supposed to be a tuna charter, but the weather was never right so now the tuna are gone, they changed it to a striper charter and I got asked because apparently some tuna guys don't appreciate the striped quarry very much.
So does anybody know what the fishing off a sixty five foot charter boat for stripers involves? Is is basically just jigging or chunking. What might some typical rod/reel combos and terminal rigs be for this type of fishing? Any jig and hook suggestions?
Might be some openings for anyone from NJ who's interested. Leaves out of Point Pleasant Sunday AM.
