Light-tackle striper guides in Soco?
So I'm taking next week off from work, and I'd love to do a guided trip in the Charlestown-Gansett area. Any light-tackle guides that are recommended in that area, at this time of year? I'd love to be able to cast eels along rocky shorelines, maybe looking around for some surface action.
Thanks,
Jim

no need to log in. Blues are everywhere, good times fighting fish, if you are looking for PB's dont come here, there are stripers to be found, but "class" cows arent happenin here. however the morning rush is a great time, blues everywhere. ben6t poles and chasin birds, no keepers but a whole helluva lot of schoolies in the just under 30's. check the oct. 18trip

There's a guy that does light line, fly tackle, and other types of stuff that seems to be in Charlestown/Ninigret pond all the time. If you call Breachway Bait in Charlestown and ask for Ronnie, I'm sure he can point you in the direction of him and a few of the other guys that work out of that area.
