Hull?
I was wondering if anyone has any luck in hull on land? And if there is a public pier to fish from or another spot?

try Hull gut, hit or miss, bring lots of lead if you're gonna soak bait, and an extra spool of line, and don't forget something to fend off the other fishermen with
