Do you think it's worth it?
Can't make up my mind, 180 miles round trip to the Canal. thinking about Sat. morning, last two times out in RI no fish. I know I won't get any fish sitting home. I would like to end the season with a catch what are your thoughts? At least gas is more affordable. Thanks in advance.

I'd go to Rhody. The third time is the charm.

Man, it's only 100 miles for me round trip and I find that prohibitive sometimes. Power to you ElSluggo.

180 miles isn't too bad...i think i have you beat with 43,000 miles per year: RI/north shore boston several times per week, cape whenever i feel like it in the summer. not many more chances if you're a weekend warrior. good luck!
