That is really nice. Do you know the cfms the fans are pulling?
I need to increase my cfms in mine. I have a big bathroom fan with the 4" ducting right on it, in the bin design, but if I really want to load on the paint (which isn't often) it doesn't suck it all thru.

Looks real cool - any way to exhaust it outside? Also are the fans explosion proof?

Pulling 470 cfm with this pair of motors.I have seen them for sale for $10.00 a piece. As for venting outside i do not need to but can be done quite easily if needed and for explosion proof i am not sure that they are i have to look it up and see.

Water based paint doesn't mean it is safe to breathe. There are many threads about spray booths in the past. Acrylic paint is NOT non-toxic. The filter will only remove particles and not the fumes. If you paint lots of plugs at once you will have breathing problems. There was a thread just recently concerning this problem.
