				 | I used to listen to some Merciful Fate and some of his solo stuff.   A lot of good stuff, but I eventually got tired of his voice.   That was when I was listening to Venom and Bathory and stuff like that. |

				 | I thought Melissa and Dont Break the Oath were kickass records for their time. I remember feeling relieved that I had picked a good record out of the import bin when I bought and listened to melissa. It was really a crapshoot then (buying records). Unless it was a big name like Sabbath or Maiden, etc. you really didnt know what you were buying unless you knew someone who already had a record by that band. Things are really different now. |
