Just shoveled my way out, went to Aubuchon for sealer. The roads are slick as a greased gut. People driving around in their SUVs in 2wd. Be careful out there today.

Yeah I'm sick of this crap already. We got 8" yesterday, no problem.
Look out the window this morning and see my truck buried again. Looks like we got another 5 or 6"s,and it's only the middle of January.
I don't even want to see the gas bill for the past month We keep the house at about 75 and my grandfather still freezes.

C'mon you guys, this is GREAT!

Alright, so much for the power of positive thinking...the whole #$*%$## winter wonderland crap has worn off for me - time to head into the tackle shack.
Figure I'll stick my head out around groundhog day and see if I feel like dealing with it then...
Heard on last night's news we've had almost 3 times our normal snowfall so far...
Two of my friends are leaving for a 10 day trip to Costa Rica tomorrow...rotten bastids...

Get home form work yesterday and clean up six inches of snow. Wake up this morning to eight more inches of snow. My neighbors must love hearing the snowblower at 5:30 a.m. Gotta love them snowblowers though.

My son certainly didn't think it was a Winter Wonderland when I woke him up early to get out and shovel out my truck so I could get to work.

In total, maybe 1-1/2" accumulation here on the Cape. We had about 2" in the morning, then it turned to rain and it all washed away, then whatever we have now fell last evening.

We got a solid ten yesterday and a surprising 6 more last night. I was surprised when I walked out the door this morning. Got big piles at the end of the driveway now. That is bad because now the snow will pile up deep between them if its drifting light snow.
Oh well , lots of small storms this year. I hope there are no blizzards this season. I really am sick and tired of snow.

Watching the news this morning, Boston has received 42" of snow this season, compared to something like 16" average.

About 16" total in the Reading/Lynnfield area. Bah, humbug!
Great day of skiing today at Bradford in Haverhill, however!
Drove down to Sandwich this evening to attend a wake and it looks like only about 3 or 4" of snow fell down there.
Supposed to snow in North Carolina tomorrow!
