Actually Stiffy, myself and Bob Mahoney were on Cliff Saturday. There was 6 inches of black ice under a dusting of snow. But, we had scoped out the pond before (last Sunday 2na, me and Mahoney were on it on 4 inches of black ice) but you have to know where to go.

The main body of the pond is not safe in most areas. Salmon fever apparently got to this guy.

Why even try.........

Karl, while me and Mahoney ventured onto Cliff, that little pond by the girl's camp got the better of Stiffy and he went down there but didn't give it much time as he knew me and Bob were fire'n up the Coleman stove and he could smell food!

He actually went back to work today after being laid off since November. So much for trade work with this economy. He' probably pooped by now!

Why even try.........

Flap, I might be heading out there next Thursday to go fishing with DadBomba. Tell those two guys I said hi and keep me updated on the ice safeness. How's Bob feeling these days anyway.

Up here there are trucks on the ice. Plymouth had a good 8 inches.
