Daiwa PowerSurf / Emblem Pro Owners

Anyone live around Winthrop and have either one of these reels? I'm having a custom rod built by a builder in Winthrop; he used to have access to a PowerSurf to test cast and find proper guide placement. However a problem has come up and he no longer has access to this reel. This is where I am asking for your help.

Are any of you fellow fishermen willing to meet up with the builder and allow temporary use of your reel to test guide placement? As gratitude I can offer up some NIP RM pluggage.
