Sounds like good times are headed your way!

Hope to make up to RI for some R&R at RIMS with the family on Saturday, doing my first serious striper outing Friday night, and a little more work on the skiff to get her in the water for fluke season on Sunday

Kicking it off friday night with a squid trip on the frances fleet. Then pretty much fishing for the next 7 days. Unfortunatly i may need to take a day and get a new truck. She developed a rather nasty leak yesterday, think its the heater core.

Everything is better on the rocks.

Drop the boat in the rivah, drift some flies, try to snag some bait and drift some bait. That should cover Fri, Sat, Sun, and Mon. Lil woman's taking #1 daughter to DC on Thu morning for the whole wkend. That leaves me responsible for all the fishing I can fit in.

72 hrs of fishing SoCo, not a felony in all 50 states.

LOVE the enthusiasm Krispy!!!
and this will be my first time out for '09 also!

since i will be with family, i won't be able to "HIT it HARD" as usual. but it will be great to finally see the surf and wet some lines. i will be soaking sum riggies, sum Tattoo's everlasting eeeels, sum AH and HABS needles, and sending my new Surf Asylum's into tha drink all weekend~~~mostly SoCo style. this w/e is more of a R&D w/e; dialing in new wood, trying new things, and easing into the physicality of surfcasting. the family and i will be camping at Whispering Pines in Hope Valley. am considering AQ/GNSTT for one of the haunts. kinda depends on where the feesh aren't??

hope to run into some SB'ers out there. doan forget the code question~~~~
Amy Luck? She just left with her LAHHHGE sister!
good luck gents, and heap BIG fishes to ALL!!! thanks for the heads up Chris!

Friday is Candi's birthday so spending the day with her then Saturday AM *poof* gone fishing back for a family bbq then fishing for 2 weeks. Plans are to fish the cape, MV and Narr. bay. Been so busy havent had a chance to get out so I built a rod for myself I'm itching to put a bend in it!

Yard said to drop off the boat Friday morning, and to pick it up in the afternoon. So should be able to launch Saturday. (It is still under cover as it is under a maple tree.)

Wish I was Striper fishing but instead will still be having a good time in Northern Vermont chasing trout with the fly rod and ultralight spin gear. My 16 yr old is so excited to go. Will also BBQ with friends and do chores.
