A few pics from my summer vacation

We stayed in Truro last week, and did alot of fishing and beach. My wife and kids 29, 24, & 20 2 sons and a daughter plus boy friends, girl friends and there kids all went for a kayak rental trip. Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday we had 11 at the house. Sunday & Monday Smokey came down with his boat and we did some fishing.

I also went to Race point and walked about a mile and found some nice big blitzing bass, Most of the time they were out of casting range but I did get 2 25 pounders Wednesday before the sun came up.

Here are some pics of Me and Smokey on Monday,

Nice pics. I was out off of Race area last Wed. too in a boat and fish were breaking pretty much all day but would have been hard to get from shore. Got to luv those calm seas. You did real well.

I got 2 from shore Wednesday, from 5:30 to about 7 am. I was just getting to the edge of the blitz barely,,, Thursday was dead from the shore.

All those fish were caught on top water plugs, I had a big fish on that straightened the Sawash hook and bent the wire pretty good.

Largest fish landed was 30 plus pounds those fish we kept were in the high teens and low 20's

Thanks all

True I don't think I ever saw big fish blitzing like that before,

That big fish that came 2 feet out of the water after that plug was unreal.
