Don't forget to look REALLY close to shore and don't be afraid to throw blind casts.

Bonito are back too.

Pete,
Your buddy in the store wouldn't tell me before he flew off to Missorua.
I told him where to fish if he the time there and even offered to take his boat for a walk while he was gone....

BB off West Falmouth Harbor died out monday and (from shore) has looked unimpressive since. Monday was a very big day off popponesset/cotuit......out a ways. Big NE changes things, however.

Went out today and seen Hundreds of Albies, off falmouth and pocasset. Boated 1. No matter what i threw at them i could not hook up. The bait they where chasing was really small.

Launched with a friend out of Macos and searched the bay for signs of fish, no bass or blues but about 8:00 found albies and imediately put on a deadly #^&#^&#^&#^& and landed my very first ever albie, my friend got one too. then I lost another when my line broke on hookup, I think I should have backed off the drag. fun fish to catch for sure. they move fast.

Here are some fish pics of my vacation last week. The Albie fishing was beyond explanation. I won't even say how many I landed because you wouldn't believe me. Got most of them on small white unweighted sluggo's but also got them on pink too. Got some on my own made tins, deadly #^&#^&#^&#^&s, even got several on a white plastic spook. Almost fell overboard in the frenzy several times as a few days were a little rough for a tin boat. I busted off a dozen or more times wrapping around the motor or the front cleat. I even got a 25 dollar parking ticket but it was worth it

They're every where on friggin small bait.

And it doesn't help with all the boats!!

#^&#^&#^&#^&head cast over my boat today.

like any boat feels it appropriate to drive quickly between you and the pod you are driving slowly up to.

Buncha small #^&#^&#^&#^&s with big boats out there today. I think they must be using #^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^& lures.

Yeah the bait is very small. Actually much smaller than the ones in my hand but these were puked up by one fish I got. I would try something bigger. Getting out during the week is the key to getting away from the zoo and for the fish to remain up longer. Sorry Bill but at least you saw some.
