Wife and I are contemplating right now. We will likely seek out a recommendation from our pediatrician before taking any action. Kids are 5 and 2. They've gotten flu shots every year since infancy, but not H1N1.
One side of me sees the media hype and although some tragedies have occured, there haven't been many lives lost as of yet. I realilze one life is too many and hope we'll never be in a bad position like some have, but I don't see an epidemic occurring... at least yet
Other side of me sees the seemingly healthy 14YO girl who recently lost her life and wouldn't want to be in the "I told you so" position, ever. If we can be convinced the rewards outweigh the risk, I'm sure we'll be getting our kids vaccinated.

Checkout what they're saying in Canada right now, there's talk of stopping the regular flu shots because they have found that it makes you more susceptible of getting swine floo.

I personally don't see the benefits out weighing the risks.
