White danny and white pencil by day.
White danny and black needles (get a big and a small) by night.

That will get you started, until you get frustrated and switch to eels for a few years, at which point you will either move on to golf, give up on life and stay with eels and eating snot, or find true enlightenment in buying, fondling, and occasionally casting painted wood. Remember, it is the journey, not the destination.

Sitting here looking at a "bucket" full of old surf plugs...wooden & plastic atoms, heddons, goo goo eyes, creek chubs, Arbogst, J&H Wig It, Gibb's and a few ??'s Not in collectible condition...lotta miles and fish on these... should I hang em on the wall or thow some new hooks on them. How do you think these plugs from the 40's through the 70's compare to todays offerings?

Hang 'em and get new stuff. You only go this way once. Old plugs are like old friends....only they smell better. Just sitting with them will make you happy.
