John, your going to have to filet at sea and then make about 130 round trips with the SeaCraft. May as well buy an Ice machine for your garage too
Some of my buddies did try whale meat one night ashore in Yokosuka,.................. I passed.

Jon - Got the GPS coord.'s for every ice rink in eastern Ma so got the ice covered....maybe one of those "little" 15 ft. guys and I could cut the trips in half...let's see 65 stellwagen trips x a full tank plus 5 jerry jugs =x$. How many marine coolers do you think I'd need?
A big plus....the wife went to visit her bro in Yokosuka last summer...maybe a marketing connection. Wonder how much gas the old V4 would burn if I run straight there?

I once had whale in Osaka. I didn't know what it was until someone said it was whale half way through dinner. It had an interesting texture. It tasted OK but I didn't think it was anything so great as to be worth big bucks.

Baby dolphin taste better.
A candied ginger reduction with lime, caramelized over a piece of broiled flipper is out of this world.
Serve with grilled broccolini and black wild rice.
Finish with a real lemon mousse
