Emblem Pro replacement handles.

There was a site in australia/new zealand that use to have replacement non folding handles but they dont carry them anymore. Anybody know of another option. I checked their site and they have a replacement that is like 115.00 bucks, its pretty cool but i cant see buying a handle that cost me more than the reel.

Everything is better on the rocks.

Looking on the daiwa website the emcast handles are folder also, is that the case with all of them? Also is there a difference between the emcast plus and the emcast sport?

I will soon have the Excellar handles and spools for the Saltist.
Excellar handles fit the emblem. TThe Saltist spools fit the Saltiga and Dog fight

not sure whats wrong with your handle but i stripped/broke the little nubbie thing that lets the handle fold for storage while i was trying to reel in a seal.

diawa some where (cali) said they would replace it but i had to send it in. I used a little polish enjinewity and put a little hose clamp on it and it works fine.

its just as ugly as me now!

Nothing is wrong with the handle really. Except that while reeling in under tension is sometimes whacks the bail. It feels flimsy, ive never been a fan of fold able handles.
