what an excellent time, best show for me by farrrrr.
i got to hang with Mike, Tim, and Vic after picking up a shiny new blurple HABS 10" needle. even got to BS with the Boss and Liam before they took off for the derby.
i had a BLAST getting into Mike's head about many things striper related. Tim and Vic were very helpful too and i am grateful beyond words for the time spent and the openness given by such experienced and proven surfcasters.
i also got to meet some new faces. WoodyCT, Rob, Jack(?), et al. good times, met with DJ and p'ed-up his compilation work. nice to see Don and the Iron One, Gifted Rob, Dave Anderson, and the 92# skin mount in the Doubled UP booth was very COOOOL!!!
and lest we forget,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,the pineapple was AMAZING!!! next year i'll know to bring a bigger cooler, so i can stay a little longer

I figured it would be criminal to go to the show and spread it around so I missed it this year. I didn't need to buy anything but I like seeing everybody there.

John good to see ya again. Did anyone besides me burn their face off on the habanero beef jerky. I love spicy but that crap had me crying. And after 4 bucks for a piece I wasn't about to waste any.
