Fast Lane - EZ pass - traveling 95 - need info
I have a number of trips that will be taking me on 95 south, as far as florida. Having done the route a number of times, there are tons of tolls from NYC through DC. Is there one type of EZ pass that works on all the tolls so I can blow right through?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

I use an EZ Pass and commute into Maine through NH daily and it works fine for both of those states w/ no problem

I believe EZ pass is the used by the majority of states and will def. save you lots of time. In some states, I think they even give you a small disc. on some of the more expensive bridges.

There's this pass, written on special paper that works in EVERY state.
You can tell it from any other paper because it has pictures of famous people on it, like presidents for instance.
It also has a specific code written on it to allow you to know how many tolls it is good for, like 1, 5, 10, 20, 50 & 100.
(Sorry, I couldn't resist.)

I do the trip with my company twice a year. We take 95 the entire way aside from a couple roundabouts to avoid the GW bridge, DC traffic and Richmond traffic.
The Fast Lane works all the way down until you get to Florida. I don't believe FL's SunPass accepts our EZ Pass, so you'll have to have cash for there.
Having the EZ Pass cut over an hour off of our drive. It's really handy when you're running the Maryland/Delaware area where it feels like there's a toll every 10 miles.
We just finished a trip at the end of January and they've come to be routine now. If you have any questions, shoot me a pm.

I had a black TransAm once and used to run blocker for some truckers. Man that was a lot of fun...never did pay much attention to trolls though...
