Another earthquake.....
In Baja California, Mexico at 6:40pm our time. 7.2
That's what, three in the past four months? And volcanoes in Iceland? Seems to be a lot of activity going on, don't you think? (Not that we can do anything about it....)

Or the seals. Look at San Francisco, all the sea lions left and soon after they had a major earthquake.
If the seals desert Monomy, take some time off to spend with your loved ones.

I saw a reproter on the news today ask if all these quakes are related and if we should be worried about the Big One! The scientist says they measure at least one 7 magnitude quake a month for as long as she has been at the job(20 + years).

Another one today of the coast of Indonesia.....7.7!!! Still wondering when and where the really big one is gonna be.....we are seeing 7.7, 7.8, 7.4 with great regularity lately......I would bet there is a mega-earthquake not too far off?

A mega actually started this series if you go back to Dec 2004 with a 9.2 and 250,000 deaths....all depends on how you decide what the cycle is or isn't....

The Sumatra quake on Dec 26, 2004. Sent tsunami's throughout the Pacific/Indian Oceans. So the 7.7 quake in Indonesia you mentioned completes the full circle, back to the start?

I think these things happen all the time and we don't even know about it. The Big One may or may not come in our life time but we can't truly predict Mother Nature. I keep going back to that George Carlin video that ProfessorM posted. He says we are just a flea on the back of a dog and soon enough we will all be shaken off. He's right, this earth has been around for much longer than humans have walked it.
