Heave on the way?
Looks like a good swell is gonna build this weekend. Latest report says 4-6' swells. Be safe if you're fishing any easterly facing rocky shorelines as you could find yourself sleeping with the fishes if you're careless.

Lets hope the forecast is wrong as the new moon is nearing and thus, the increased potential to go large from shore.
It's not the bait

that sucks. was hoping to get out. can't remember the last time I fished...

Don't feel bad, I've been out twice since early June...I simply value sleep more than fishing.

I hear ya. Besides getting out for an hour or two I have really fished in 2 weeks.
