During the summer I do a bag salad lunch. Topped SPARINGLYwith a lite salad dressing. During the cooler/solder months I bring in canned soup, the "healthy" type that are lower in fat, cholesterol and sodium.
My personal fave is the grilled chicken and sausage gumbo.

I also drink water and TRY to eat some fruit & veggies to balance things out. I'm not loosing weight, but I'm not putting any on either.
I will try and tweak the menu so as to promote some weight loss.
