Medal of Honor

I love stories like this and how the recipients always say they just did what anyone would have done...this is the mark we should all strive to live up to.

And I have to note that we went to the same High School

Good story. I needed that to help restore my faith, in light of so much of this country going to hell, IMO....

Fox News, huh? I'm surprised you think this is a true story, Spence.

Great read and good for him! It's nice to read something good like this instead of all the negativity we seem to be subjected to.

Conservatism is not about leaving people behind. Conservatism is about empowering people to catch up, to give them tools at their disposal that make it possible for them to access all the hope, all the promise, all the opportunity that America offers. - Marco Rubio

Its an awful legacy to live up too. The after affect probably is almost as difficult as the endeavour.

If you heard any interviews he did, he's always trying to deflect praise away from himself. He said something like, if what I did deserves the medal of honor, then every person I serve with deserves one.

He says he doesn't have nightmares. For his sake I hope that stays true.
