Congrats Adam. After 30, less beer, more lifting...

Quit yer whining..... Do you know what many of us "elders" would give to be 34 and have those years back???? Man up and make the most of life, NOW.

Oh, and have a happy birthday

Blame you parents (or grandparents) not for being 34 but having HBP and hyperT....it is in the genes (not jeans).....Have a HBD anyways.

Given the diversity of the human species, there is no “normal” human genome sequence. We are all mutants.

High bp and hypertension are the same thing so you've only got one problem. See, things are looking better already. HBD.

At 34, if you're hypertensive already, you really need to see your doctor and start addressing it, if you haven't done that yet.

I've never met you, but if you're overweight, losing some weight and reducing your sodium intake would be a good start until you can get an appointment.

It's a serious health issue.

Wise men speak because they have something to say; Fools, because they have to say something.

My only advice is fish alot, drink less, laugh more, and ignore the idiots in your life (the can suck the life out of a rock!).

Thumbs up

I was 34 ...25 years ago. If you're hypertensive now you'd best work on it. You're mortal. Enjoy your life and what and who you love bud, life hangs by a slender thread. May you have many more healthy birthdays.
