Cool Out with the old & in with the new

Well had some down time this weekend and thought it was time to get rid of the olé fire pit,it served me well through the years but the last winters Play off party..., well,we just darn broke the thing with to many X-Mas trees and tons of would be plugs

So I built one out of the boulders that I had kicking around my yard I would roll them on to the kids sled and then tow them with the lawn mower, some of the rocks were to big so I had to use my truck in 4 low
It stands about 24" high, six and a half feet across and 2.5 feet deep,no mud just boulders, rocks and shims sturdy enough to walk on and should be Redlire approved he should be able to toss in 4 X-Mass trees at once"with out" having to hold-em so this year he wont ruin his hunting pants

Bring on the Play off party!

Looks great Bob!

The charm of fishing is that it is the pursuit of what is elusive but attainable, a perpetual series of occasions for hope. ~John Buchan

Its too small, you need to triple the size...

It's not the bait
At the end of your line
It's the fishing hole
Where all the fish is blind
