CMS did not have any Hab's needlfish at the MSBA show last weekend. I asked and was told they had none. Best to call to see what is in stock. CMS is having annual sale coming up soon to you may want to wait till their yard sale to head down that way to check out the deals.

What Mike P said.
Steve Morris always seems to have the most Habs' plugs on the East Coast.

2 seasons ago, I had tremendous success with the medium and large Habs needles. The eel color (olive) and the black and purple were great. Near the end of that season I only had one of each left and searched far and wide. . I placed a couple on-line orders as well only to be backordered. Then I moved to MV and live rather close to #^^^^&s B&T, when I first walked in he had a lot of exactly what I was looking for, and I bellied-up and bought a load of them. After Habs delivered his load in the fall to #^^^^&s I filled in any color gaps. Later that season when most of the online dealers got their orders filled. The backorders were filled and my mailbox overflowith with Habs needles. So I have about 10-year supply at the moment.
Before you get on the ferry.... #^^^^&s is not really open yet but if you call him and leave him a message he will return your call. He had what you are looking for late last fall when I was in there long after the derby folks had departed. I doubt anyone bought them as it gets really quiet here after the derby...the number of fisherman drop off to just a few die-hards the night after the derby.... in fact he shut down to just a couple hours a few days a week day after the derby and it was still in October...
You might also try the stripers online store.
(BTW, The MV derby will be extended one week into October this year making it 5 weeks.)

thanks guys,
Stevie Morris (owner of #^^^^&'s B & T) is a friend. I go to Mv the first weekend in each May to meet and violently greet the blues. I have been doing this for about 8 years now. I, will call ahead and have Steve hold me an order.
Salty...I better be in for two

why would you use gammie hooks??? which ones? the black ones rust. the silver ones are insanely expensize for lures. i've had no problems w/ any of the vmc's on hab's plugs. sharp and strong.
