Herring Run

I wanted to try netting some herring this year on Cape Cod. I was wondering if someone could tell me were the best place is and how much a permit is and a few points on what to do to get the herrings.

of Bourn it is valid APRIL 25- MAY 25 I ALREADY GOT MINE
